As Seattle gears up to host FIFA World Cup 2026, we are creating a series of landmark Unity Loop murals in the heart of downtown Seattle.
These very large scale artworks, created in partnership with SeattleFWC26, celebrate the essence of Seattle’s uniting spirit, drawing inspiration from the FIFA World Cup 2026™. They celebrate Seattle as a unique welcoming city where the raw beauty of nature intersects with a vibrant counterculture, creating an environment that thrives on creativity, independence, and a fearless drive to break the mold. Here people are “United by Nature” in every sense of the word.
The first two murals are coming to life now, inspiring everyone through themes of Counterculture with artist Leo Shallat and Human Rights with artist Ino.
Ino’s mural reflects Seattle’s deep commitment to human rights and its legacy of justice, civic courage, and solidarity. It stands as a message of hope: We play fair!
Leo Shallat’s mural celebrates Seattle’s countercultural spirit — a legacy that defies convention and champions the power of individual expression. It stands as a message of pride: We play all-in!
