Interactive Signed Fine Art Print featuring the "Assiduity" aka "Essential Workers" mural created by Smug in Houston, Texas.
The mural is part of the #BigArtBiggerChange murals curated and produced by Street Art for Mankind in Downtown Houston.

It is dedicated to essential workers, whose critical work have kept the country functioning during the COVID-19 pandemic, helping many of us go through the hardship of the lockdown. It is also dedicated to “No Poverty”, the United Nations Sustainable Development Goal 1, as half of Americans in low-wage occupations are indeed essential workers.
“Assiduity” features a Houstonian essential worker, from Guatemala, who spent more than 20 years as a janitor in Houston and never stopped working during the pandemic. Overlooking us proudly with his mop, he personifies the idea that there are “no small jobs.” Essential workers are and remain the backbone of our community.
