Interactive Signed Fine Art Print featuring the "Zero Hunger" mural created by artist Dragon76 in Houston, Texas.
The mural is part of the #ZeroHunger murals curated and produced by Street Art for Mankind (SAM) across the US in partnership with the World Food Programme, to raise awareness on the number of people who struggle locally and globally to access food. It is now also an integral part of the Big Art. Bigger Change. outdoor museum where it supports the United Nations Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) #2.
The mural stands as a statement for the 169 million people who face food insecurity around the world, and is here to remind people that hunger also exists in the United States where it disproportionately affects the African American community. This mural was even more meaning meaningful when we painted it in Houston, in the aftermath of the winter storm, as so many people continued to line-up at the Food Bank to put food on the table each night.
